Reporting Computer Problems

The best way to report a computer problem is to submit a helpdesk ticket.  This provides the helpdesk with information about your computer.  Just press Ctrl-Alt-H and fill out the form.  Please provide all the information a technician needs to start work on the problem.  If not, someone will have to contact you to ask for more information and action will be delayed.

Fix or repair requests (Ctrl Alt H):
New technology requests:
1) Request for new/ change to technology
2) Policy 400 (Learning Resources Checklist)
3) Tech Flow Process

You can also phone the helpdesk at 250-992-0414.  Helpdesk hours are 7:30 - 9:00 and 11:00 - 12:00 on school days.

You can email the helpdesk at, but this is less effective since the helpdesk may not receive all the information needed for immediate action.
