REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, ABILITY AND SKILLS:

• See outline of duties, as well as:
• Successful completion of Autism Program (ie. Para Pro Course, Gateway Training…)
• Experience working with students with Autism
• Knowledge of Behavior Management Techniques
• Understanding of the use of visual supports for communication and willingness to follow programs as outlined in student plan
• Ability to follow Sensory Program as outlined by O.T and/or School Team
• Ability to work with a variety of low incidence students as directed by School Based Team
